MY THOUGHTS

I don't think I have to say anything more as everything is absolutely given in the synopsis that will spike your interest. I recently stumbled upon Kendall Ryan's Screwed series(I will do a review on it down the line.) & fell in love with her writing from the beginning. I think this is the first time I actually fell in love with writer first. Usually, I love the book and eventually the writer. Kendall Ryan stands out like that. She has the most amazing story writing method. Although cliche her books stands out.

Hitched is one of the books that feature a bad boy and a good girl. But Noah is just too awesome to resist to read about. Unlike many books, this has the point of views of both the lead characters. So we go through the turmoils they're going through. we are rooting for both of them hard. We actually feel like we are living the story. That is the point of any book, isn't it?

And one of the many good points of the book is, its damn short. The all three books in the series can actually make a whole big novel. So yeah, this book is a fun read. You can read it to brighten your day anytime...

Onyx (Lux seriess #2) by Jennifer L. Armentrout

You read Obsidian, you loved it. Now the alien drama is going to get a lot better. Unlike Obsidian Daemon in Onyx turns real good. he is constantly bugging Katy. And you won't believe but he is a lot hotter too.
There is one entry of a mystery boy too. He tells Katy that he can help her, but can he really. That angle is really good. The development of  Blake is awesome. I really don't know what else to say if you loved obsidian I suggest you must read this............

Firebolt (The Dragonian Series #1) By Adrienne Woods

If magic and dragons are your things then this is definitely your series. But a caution though it has 5 books total in the series,  so if you've got time and interest I will give you a heads up. This story directly hooks you from the start. I couldn't stop reading after reading the first book. I took less than 5 days to complete it.

FIREBOLT #1

This is the first book in the story. the story starts on the night everything starts to happen. A normal 16-year old named Elena wakes up to find her dad wrapping all the things up for them to leave the house. They've been doing that every 3-4 months. But shes fed up with all this. But that night the normal drive out of the town turns into a chase. a chase that involves lightning wielding and fire-breathing dragons and turns out her father is a dragon too. who magically transforms and fights with the evil dragon unfortunately he dies, but fortunately, she is saved by Matt who is a dragon too and takes her to the council beyond the wall into the world of dragons and dragonians. Dragonians are riders who claim a dragon. They have some specific abilities too. Elena new to this world is awestruck, terrified and sad. She is born with a mark, a dark one at that. The survival of her into this new world with the new school The Dragonian Academy. She will fight with everything, try to prove herself, go through the situations she never has been before. The story is exciting, thrilling.

The fictitious place would be hard to imagine but, Adrienne Woods has taken care with explicit details. we all can imagine the dragons, the academy, the wall, and everything else. The writing style is awesome. You fall in love with the characters and hate some with passion. This book keeps you on your toes. I don't think there is any part of the book, that is even a little boring to lose your interest.
For anyone who wants to read, I will give you ten thousand heads up. That is how much I love the book.....

Obsidian by Jennifer L.

What do you feel about aliens living next door? And one of them is your best friend and other is sexy af twin. Well, that's what happens with Katy when she moved to West Virginia for a 'new start'. 

This book is one of my favorite alien/fantasy books. This book has everything you demand. A hot but jerk Hero, nerdy but brave Heroine, cute Best friend and an awesome set of side characters. Throw in some suspense, action, fights and a lot of drama. For a quick read, this is the book. The scenes are described with a lot of specifications which gives the experience of actually being there. We read books to leave our space to wander off in another space, time and dimension. This is one of those which actually does that.

 There is a lot of similarities between twilight and obsidian. Like how the Cullens are isolated from others, Blacks are the same. Alice becomes Bella's best friend, Dee is the same. Bella gets info from Jacob and searches on the internet, Bella does the same. The confrontation scene in both the novels. This just gets me on edge. But other than that Obsidian is a good read.

 

So get ready and dive into the book...
